What are the timelines for the website and the branding package?

Most of our websites go from first sketch to launch party in 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of your build. Your digital branding package will take around 3 weeks, from first strategy meeting to launch training.

We like to keep things moving so you can start showing off your shiny new asset ASAP! Please see below about getting started and timelines for booking in our services.

When can we get started?

We know you are eager to start on your journey and we want to get you there as soon as we can. From first contact we aim to reply within 24 hours and schedule our 15 minute call within 3 working days.

Once we have discussed your project needs, we will then be able to give you an exact timeline of your project, aiming to get started within 2 weeks of first contact.

If you have a specific timeline you need to meet please let us know in your initial contact email. Whilst we always aim to keep to the timings set out above, if anything needs to change we will keep you in constant communication, cause we know there is nothing more frustrating than being ghosted.

Do you offer payment plans?

As we have already tried to make our services as affordable as possible we don’t offer payment plans. However you do not have to pay everything up front. We request a 50% deposit to get started, with the final balance being paid before final file handover. ✨

Do I need to provide my own content?

While you know your business best (and we love your words!), we can help polish your content or create it from scratch. Check out our ‘Whole Damn Meal’ package which can include branding support and our wordsmithing services – it's an optional extra we're happy to discuss.

What if I need changes after the project is finished?

We know things can change so it’s no sweat. We include a round of revisions for all our packages because we want you to be dancing with joy! After that, we charge a small fee of £25ph for additional tweaks.

Do you offer hosting and ongoing website maintenance?

Yeah we can do that! We can keep your website running smoothly with our monthly packages. Ask us for more information in a discovery call.

KDC I hear you are good guys - do you offer any discounts?

Absolutely! We offer a 10% discount for registered charities and nonprofit organizations. It's our way of helping the helpers! We take one pro-bono project a year. We are currently working with Mujeres de Asfalto to update their online presence and support in the fight for women’s rights in Ecuador.

No need to tell us everything, just an overview of what you are interested in, your time frame, and a little bit about yourself. We will then send out any relevant material and schedule a free 15-minute chat to discuss your recipe for success!

After our meeting if you decide to take a bite, we will prepare all the documentation needed to get started and book in time for our kick-off call. It is really that easy!

What's with the Kitchen Disco theme?

Because that is where we started KDC, from Ant’s parents' kitchen listening to big tunes and dreaming of a life outside the 9-5.

We know a lot of small businesses and artists don’t live the traditional life and we want to support our people!

Plus, great design should be as fun as dancing in your kitchen!
